However, we understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items purchased from our online store, jettparks.com.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return any item purchased from jettparks.com within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition due to customer handling may not be eligible for a full refund.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. This can be the order confirmation email or a copy of your invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Downloadable software products

Return Process
Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@jettparks.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Returns: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please package the item securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at customersupport@jettparks.com, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Return Address
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our customer support team. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
